REFUND POLICY

All sales of our Forex Robots are final, and no refunds will be issued. If you are unsatisfied with our products, there are some conditions for a refund until 14 days after purchase. We do not guarantee any profit or investment advice when using the products purchased on this site. The risks of trading and using any products or advice from this website are done at the user’s own risk.

REFUNDS CRITERIA

If you are not satisfied with the performance of the Forex Robot within 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund by contacting us at [Support@xpressadvice.com].

All sales of our Forex Robots are final, and no refunds will be issued. If you are unsatisfied with our products, there are some conditions for a refund until 14 days after purchase.

Refund requests must include proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction with the product.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these criteria or if we believe the refund is being requested in bad faith.

If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt and let you know via email when it's been completed.

Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment was received (e.g., credit card refunds will be given to the same credit card used for purchase).

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any third party.

MISSING REFUNDS CRITERIA

The refund process will be done as soon as possible, but If you haven’t received a refund within a couple of days, please check your bank account or your Crypto wallet again.

EXCHANGES CRITERIA
